
NOON CLASS
This yoga class is for all levels. This calm meditative style of Vinyasa allows for you to connect with the mind and explore the deeper stretches within the body. This practice is great for learning body awareness on and off the climbing wall.
*IMPORTANT* Check-in at the front desk is required for all participants.

Registration for all fitness classes opens 24 hours in advance.
Please join us making these practices a pleasant one for you and your fellow yogis.
ATTENDING CLASSES:
• Space is limited; always CHECK-IN a the front desk before joining class.
• Do not enter classes late.
• Leave shoes, phones and belongings in cubbies.
• Silence all electronics.
• Make room for everyone, adjust mats as needed.
• Stay for the full class; do not leave early.
• Shirts must be worn at all times.
YOUTH:
• Youth must be 14 years or older to join a group fitness class.
• Do not bring small children to class with you.
